The Research and Advances in Medical Sciences Review (RAMSR) is committed to promoting open access to high-quality scholarly research while ensuring that authors retain ownership of their intellectual work. Our copyright and licensing policies are designed to encourage the widest possible dissemination of published research while maintaining appropriate attribution to the original authors and the journal.

Copyright Policy

Authors publishing in RAMSR retain the copyright of their articles. Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and preserve the work in electronic and other formats while acknowledging RAMSR as the original publisher.

Authors retain the right to:

Maintain full copyright ownership of their published work.
Reuse their article in future books, theses, dissertations, or other scholarly publications.
Share the published Version of Record on personal websites, institutional webpages, and academic networking platforms.
Deposit the published article in institutional or subject repositories immediately after publication.
Use their published work for educational and research purposes without restriction.

Licensing Policy

All articles published in RAMSR are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This license enables unrestricted access to published research and permits users to copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, translate, and build upon the work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

The CC BY 4.0 License permits users to:

Read, download, and print published articles free of charge.
Share articles in any medium or format.
Reuse, adapt, translate, and build upon the published work.
Redistribute the material for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Author Rights

Authors continue to hold the rights to their published work and may freely archive, distribute, and reuse their articles, provided that proper citation is given to the original publication in RAMSR. Authors may also comply with institutional and funding agency open access requirements without restriction.

Journal Rights

RAMSR reserves the right to publish, preserve, archive, index, and disseminate accepted manuscripts as the Version of Record. The journal may include published articles in indexing services, databases, repositories, and digital preservation systems to ensure their long-term accessibility and visibility.

Third-Party Material

Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material owned by third parties, including figures, photographs, illustrations, tables, or other copyrighted content. Appropriate acknowledgements and permissions must be included in the manuscript before publication.

Attribution Requirements

Anyone reusing material published in RAMSR must:

Provide appropriate credit to the original author(s).
